For several years I've spent a lot of time wondering about birds and wildlife. What kind of 'pidgin language' could be developed from speculations centred around encounters with, and observations of, birds? What might happen when their worlds and ours bump up against each other?

An exhibition of my recent work centred around these explorations will be held at Nosterfield Nature Reserve near Ripon, North Yorkshire from 26 - 29 January 2012.
